Despite its hilly landscape of the Dordogne, Château le Verdoyer is well adapted for disabled guests.
We have done our best to help you in succeeding the most important : your holiday.
Almost all parts of the site are accessible without assistance:
- Restaurant : Pond side entrance, adapted toilets
- Terrace : install yourself, we will come and serve you
- Sanitaires : An exclusive well equiped cabin...
- Shop : enter, help yourself ... we shall help you with what is up the shelf…
- Réception : low levelled counter,
With a little help :
- The kids club : another entrance.
- Pool : electric elevator for the transfert from wheelchair in the water.
You can hire an electric scooter and transfert lift.
Adapted accommodations
On site, various suitable accommodations are there for you.
starting with the Mobile Home adapted, the "Life" from O'Hara. A very spacious design, very well equipped for 4-6 people, facilitating the movement and access to wheelchairs. and the rest of the family can live their holiday with confidence. see specifications below.

Activities for everyone
We also selected several places to visit, and activities near by, according to the label "Tourisme & Handicap", but also those who did not approach the label, but have made real efforts to accommodate the maximum people with disabilities.
For example the Cave of Tourtoirac, accessible to 100%, or the Museum of Foie Gras, also accessible. and the Museum of the Apple in Lanouaille offering text in Braille.
Finally, the "Etang de Saint Saud" (a lake 3km from the campsite) welcomes a Waterski club which organizes sometimes a day dedicated to handicaps with the appropriate equipment.
