Our beautiful Perigord Vert offers several activities to fill your days. There's hiking the natural park, cycling or even horseback riding in Milhac de Nontron. And canoeing in Brantôme, playing golf in Champs Romain, tree climbing in Nontron or going on the Velo rail in Thiviers... And on our campsite we offer football, tennis, petanque, and swimming. There is however another popular activity that you can practice in peace and quiet at Château le Verdoyer: fishing!
We have 2 ponds, with free access. Especially the no-kill aspect will suit anglers of all ages:
The pond in front of the castle, where the carps are very quick to respond. Fishing is safe from the 2 pontoons.
The other pond is more sporty and wild, and contains a much richer fauna: carp, perch, roach, bass, tench, pike and zander...
