Responding to our customer requests, the direction of Château le Verdoyer decided some changes for this year:
A new menu, new theme evenings and new schedules.
From April 20th, every night except Wednesday under the responsibility of Floris Ausems and the new chef Benoit Buisson (who worked as “second de cuisine” last year), Chateau le Verdoyer welcomes its customers with menus from € 16, or the famous “Assiette de Pays” from the Natural Park.
Several times in the season, theme evenings will be held : the first on Tuesday, April 30th for the Dutch national holiday, a special menu with a special flavor this year as the Netherlands will change King / Queen that day.
01st of May : Car Boot Sale
The next day (May 01), a car boot sale will take place at Château le Verdoyer, very popular in the Netherlands during the Queens day!
In preparation: a Mother's Day lunch or the Fête de la Musique!
Another real news: from June 1st to September 30th, you will have the opportunity to have lunch at the Château. A special Snack / Brasserie menu served from 12h to 2pm every day on the terrace of the Bar in the courtyard ... Sandwich or bread, meat or fish, fresh salad or fries ... for every taste and every desire.
As you can see, the Château team never stops searching and comes up with new things, enjoy this relaxing experience for fine cuisine combining tradition and originality.
